At Index Apparel, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

Refunds
If the cancellation request is approved:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
